As Wills and Probate solicitors, we hope you forgive us for going on about the importance of having a valid Will. Making a Will is a relatively inexpensive way of ensuring that your assets go to the right place when you are no longer around.
Dying without a Will means that your loved ones are left to clear up your affairs when they could be grieving their loss. And dying intestate means that your estate is simply divided according to the Rules of Intestacy, and not according to your actual wishes.
Although making a simple Will is not expensive, this October it is even cheaper for those over 55 years old as Cunningtons LLP Wills and Probate are working with Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAA) to offer free Wills for supporters of EHAA.
Essex & Herts Air Ambulance is a charity that funds a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service which can arrive at the scene of an accident in the critical minutes after it has occurred. The same emergency care is then at the scene faster than a regular road-based ambulance, allowing casualties to be attended to faster.
To take advantage of this offer, contact Harriet Bownes on 01376 567 279 or send an e-mail to Harriet at Harriet.Bownes@Cunningtons.co.uk to book your appointment.
Spaces are limited and our offer may run out fast.
