In 2018, Cunningtons LLP was once again Highly Commended in the LFS Conveyancing Awards. The award was in the London & South East Conveyancing Firm of the Year section at the LawFirmServices (LFS) awards.

Having become Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme accredited, Cunningtons have not rested on their laurels.

We have actively sought to improve our service to both consumers and estate agents, and have won a number of awards in recognition of this:

We are proud of our achievements, and in particular the number of conveyancing awards we have won or been short listed for.

2017 was no exception and, at our first attempt, we were not only shortlisted but won the Bronze Award for Professional Support to the property industry at the Negotiator Awards. These awards have become well known as the most prestigious in residential property and associated services in the UK, as they aim to acknowledge the ‘best of the best’ within the industry. We are delighted to have been recognised in this category and feel this reflects the hard work and effort put in by all our conveyancing staff to meet and surpass our customer’s expectations.

September 2015 saw Cunningtons earning a Highly Commended award in the London & South East Conveyancing Firm of the Year section at the LawFirmServices (LFS) awards. The awards are aimed at rewarding the work of conveyancing firms in England and Wales.

In 2013, Cunningtons won gold for Best Small Conveyancer, and Managing partner Paul Fenton won gold for Best Conveyancer, at the prestigious Estate Agent of the Year awards sponsored by The Times and The Sunday Times.

Cunningtons Solicitors won Best Small Conveyancer, and the overall Best Conveyancer 2012  at Estate Agent of the Year awards.

Cunningtons won the Conveyancing, Mortgages & Legal Support Service award from the Property Drum magazine in 2012.
