The ESTAS Customer Service Awards to be held in October this year is the biggest annual event for the UK residential property industry.

The awards recognise the best Estate Agents, Conveyancers, Mortgage Brokers and suppliers for customer service, with the winners determined purely on verified reviews from customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received through the whole moving process.
