Rachael Fleet is our Wills & Probate Solicitor, based at both our Wickford and Hornchurch branches. She qualified as a solicitor in May 2013 and joined Cunningtons in October 2024, advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate and inheritance tax. She holds an LLB (Hons), has completed the Legal Practice Course, and is a Dementia Friend, taking particular care with vulnerable clients. Kate Hunt is our Conveyancing Partner, overseeing both our Hornchurch and Wickford branches. She joined Cunningtons in 2003 as a paralegal, qualified as a solicitor in March 2006, and became a partner in 2011, specialising in residential conveyancing across buying, selling and remortgaging. She is based mainly at Wickford, where local estate agents know her for her efficiency, and post and emails received before 4pm are dealt with the same day.
