Conveyancing Solicitor
Nneoma is a Conveyancing Solicitor based in our Hornchurch branch, having joined Cunningtons in June 2026. She specialises in residential property transactions and advises clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, buy-to-let transactions, transfers of equity, probate sales and auction properties.
Nneoma obtained her LL.B (Hons) from Kingston University and completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at The College of Law before qualifying as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2023. With over seven years of legal experience, she has developed extensive expertise in residential conveyancing and is committed to providing practical, client-focused advice throughout every stage of a transaction.
Throughout her career, she has worked across a variety of legal environments, developing strong case management, drafting and client care skills. She regularly liaises with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and other solicitors to help ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently from instruction through to completion. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, she gained valuable experience in litigation and criminal law, which enhanced her analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage complex and time-sensitive matters.
She particularly enjoys the tangible nature of conveyancing work, the intellectual challenge of resolving complex property issues and the satisfaction of helping clients navigate one of the most significant transactions of their lives.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with family and exploring new cuisines.
