Bryony Wilmshurst – Partner & Solicitor

Bryony joined Cunningtons in 2005 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2008. Bryony became a Partner in 2012 and is the Partner in charge of our Braintree office.
She is a member of the Law Society Private Client Section, a fully-accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a member of the Essex committee for The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and a member of the Suffolk and north Essex committee of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Bryony loves being able to assist clients with these matters, often at a difficult time, to achieve the outcome they are looking for in a friendly, straightforward and efficient manner. She deals with Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and Charities.
Bryony is a Dementia Friend Champion, and helps to promote an understanding of what it is like for people living with Dementia.

Katrina Sharman – Partner
Based in our Braintree Office, Katrina is a Partner in our Wills and Probate Department. She has been a qualified solicitor for over 20 years, specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Administration of Estates.
Katrina is proud to be a Dementia Friend.
In her spare time, Katrina enjoys caravanning with her granddaughter, Sienna 9 and her dog, Georgie and attending Summer Festivals. Katrina is a bee-keeper and also looks after her three Silkie chickens, Lola, Saturday and Sunday.

Jensen Bourke – Chartered Legal Executive

Based in our Brighton Office, Jensen specialises in Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Tax and Trust and has been practising for circa 20 years. Before this Jensen used to deal with Residential Conveyancing matters so he is well versed in Property Law too.
Jensen qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in around 2015, and his aim is to help assist his clients with their legal matters in a friendly, efficient and understandable way.
Jensen is also a Dementia Friend and helps promote an understanding of what it is like for people living with dementia.
In his spare time Jensen carries out Charity fundraising work through his various clubs and he likes football (watching but not playing anymore), amateur dramatics, and is a keen networker.

Rachael Fleet – Wills & Probate Solicitor

Based between our Wickford and Hornchurch offices, Rachael is a Private Client Solicitor. Rachael qualified in 2013, having obtained both her Legal Practice Course and Law degree from Anglia Ruskin University.
Rachael specialises in Wills and Trusts, Probate and Inheritance Tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Elderly client issues.
Rachael is also proud to be a Dementia Friend and takes action to support those living with the condition, helping to create a more understanding and inclusive community.
Rachael is available to see clients in both our Wickford and Hornchurch offices, and when that is not possible, she often attends clients at their home, hospital or hospice.
