Cunningtons are delighted to announce that Harriet Whiteside has joined their Family Team, following a recent increase in demand for expert family legal services.
Harriet is a legal executive with over 5 years of experience and is well-versed in all aspects of family law, including divorce, finances, injunctions, and arrangements for children. Her breadth of experience made her stand out as the perfect fit for our well-established team.
Of particular interest to Harriet is public law Children Act proceedings and she has carved out an excellent reputation in this area over the last 5 years, supporting parents through some of the most emotional and difficult court proceedings possible.
I am delighted to have joined the fantastic family department at Cunningtons and look forward to growing our team in an area that I am extremely passionate about.
I am a specialist in care proceedings and other children cases, with a particular focus on the fair representation of parents and carers of children throughout the court process
