Cunningtons are delighted to announce that Harriet Whiteside has joined their Family Team, following a recent increase in demand for expert family legal services.

Harriet is a legal executive with over 5 years of experience and is well-versed in all aspects of family law, including divorce, finances, injunctions, and arrangements for children. Her breadth of experience made her stand out as the perfect fit for our well-established team.

Of particular interest to Harriet is public law Children Act proceedings and she has carved out an excellent reputation in this area over the last 5 years, supporting parents through some of the most emotional and difficult court proceedings possible.

I am delighted to have joined the fantastic family department at Cunningtons and look forward to growing our team in an area that I am extremely passionate about.

I am a specialist in care proceedings and other children cases, with a particular focus on the fair representation of parents and carers of children throughout the court process

Cunningtons’ senior partner Jason Bradshaw says:

Harriet approaches her work in a non-judgemental manner whilst giving accurate and honest advice to all of her clients and it was this, together with her down-to-earth attitude, which meant she was the perfect fit to join our team.

Cunningtons prides itself on maintaining high standards of client care which sometimes makes it difficult to recruit team members so we are thrilled to welcome Harriet to the team.

Cunningtons has seen rapid growth in their business over the last year, with many clients finding themselves in a position where they need the very best legal advice following a separation.

The continuing Covid pandemic has added pressure to couples who may be finding themselves in a situation where they need realistic and affordable advice. By expanding our team, we are able to support more families through these difficult times.

Welcome to the team Harriet, let’s get started!
