Domestic violence is not in lockdown. We understand that there is still physical violence, emotional abuse and financial control and you now feel isolated more than ever.

Help is still available.

The National Domestic Abuse Helpline continues to operate and has stated

Whilst our advice is to stay at home, anyone who is at risk of, or experiencing, domestic abuse, is still able to leave and seek refuge. Refuges remain open, and the police will provide support to all individuals who are being abused – whether physically, emotionally, or otherwise

At Cunningtons, our specialist Family Lawyers are still here to help you. We continue to offer advice on all family matters including injunctive orders to protect you and your children.

Our Family Courts are continuing to operate and Legal Aid is available in the majority of cases.
