Conveyancing Executive
Emma joined Cunningtons in December 2025, bringing with her a wealth of practical experience in residential conveyancing. She began her legal career at the age of 18 as a receptionist in a law firm, progressing through a variety of roles before qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer. After several years working as a Licensed Conveyancer, Emma joined Cunningtons, initially working as a Conveyancing Assistant within the Chelmsford team before returning to a fee-earning role as a Conveyancing Executive.
Emma has a genuine passion for helping clients through what is often one of the biggest milestones in their lives. She enjoys building relationships with clients and takes great satisfaction in seeing them complete their property transaction and receive the keys to their new home. Her approachable manner and commitment to providing excellent client service help to ensure a positive and supportive experience throughout the conveyancing process.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible, whether that is going on long walks or paddleboarding. She also enjoys keeping active by going to the gym, socialising with friends, and making the most of her weekends.
