Conveyancing Solicitor
Javed joined Cunningtons LLP in 2026 and is a Solicitor specialising in Residential Conveyancing. He qualified as a Solicitor in January 2026, having previously gained experience in residential property as a paralegal and trainee solicitor.
Javed has experience in a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions. He enjoys helping clients navigate the conveyancing process and takes pride in making what can sometimes feel like a complex transaction as clear and straightforward as possible.
He particularly enjoys the problem-solving aspect of conveyancing, working through legal and practical issues as they arise and helping transactions progress smoothly towards completion.
Javed holds an LLB in Law from the University of Essex and completed the Legal Practice Course and an MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law.
Outside of work, Javed enjoys keeping active, particularly playing football and going to the gym.
