Licenced Conveyancer
Josie is a Licensed Conveyancer who qualified in September 2015, having completed her studies and examinations over three and a half years while working full time. She joined Cunningtons in March 2026 and brings with her many years of practical conveyancing experience.
Since 2012, Josie has managed her own busy conveyancing caseload and has developed a particular interest in the more complex aspects of residential property transactions. She takes great pride in ensuring her clients are well looked after throughout the process, with every transaction handled carefully and efficiently to achieve completion as swiftly as the legal process allows.
Outside of work, Josie enjoys spending time with her family and going for walks with her husband and their two children. She also has a creative side and loves drawing, cooking and making what she describes as a particularly fine cheesecake. In her spare time, she also enjoys watching films and attending live music events.
