Wills and Probate Solicitor
Rachael is a Solicitor who qualified in May 2013 and holds a Law LLB (Hons) Degree and the Legal Practice Course (LPC). She is also a Dementia Friend, reflecting her commitment to supporting individuals and families with understanding and compassion. She joined Cunningtons in October 2024.
Rachael enjoys supporting clients with clear and practical advice on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate and inheritance tax matters. She finds it particularly rewarding to help clients plan for the future and to guide families through complex or sensitive situations in a professional and approachable manner.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with family and friends, planning her next trip, trying new restaurants and taking time to relax and recharge.
