Members of Cunningtons Solicitors’ Wills & Probate and Litigation teams are coming to Manningtree Library for a free advice pop-up this September, and everyone is welcome to drop in.
Between 10:30am and 1:00pm on Friday 11th September Katrina Sharman, Jane Adams and Sean Kirk will be on hand at Manningtree Library to offer free initial advice on a range of important subjects, including:
- Making a Will
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate, and contested probate or trusts
- Contested property matters
- Estate planning
There’s no need to book an appointment. Just pop in during the session, and Katrina, Jane or Sean will be happy to talk through your situation and explain how we can help.
We know that questions about Wills, probate and estate planning can feel daunting, and it is not always easy to know where to start. That is exactly why we are holding this session. It is your chance to get clear, honest guidance from people who do this every day, in a setting that is a lot less formal than a solicitor’s office.
