Zahid joined Cunningtons LLP in February 2024 and brings over two decades of experience in residential property law. Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2002, he chose to specialise in Residential Conveyancing and has since developed extensive expertise across all aspects of the conveyancing process.
Zahid advises clients on a wide range of residential property matters and his breadth of experience enables him to provide practical, clear and reliable advice throughout every stage of a transaction.
Committed to delivering a high standard of client care, Zahid’s approach is centred on excellent communication and understanding. He recognises that buying or selling a home is often one of the most significant and stressful events in a person’s life and strives to guide clients through the process with professionalism, reassurance and efficiency, helping to make each transaction as smooth as possible.
Outside of work, Zahid is an avid Liverpool FC supporter and enjoys travelling. He has visited a variety of destinations around the world, including Vietnam, Costa Rica and South Africa. He is also a cat fosterer for a local cat charity in Croydon.
