Amy joined Cunningtons in 2023, bringing with her valuable experience from a successful independent estate agency. Here she developed a strong understanding of the house-buying process and gained extensive experience in sales progression, deepening her knowledge of the conveyancing process and the vital importance of strong working relationships between those in the property industry.
During her time in estate agency, she was personally nominated twice for the ESTAS ‘People Award’, recognising her commitment to excellent customer service and client care.
Amy’s background in estate agency supports her ability to build and nurture strong relationships within the property industry, particularly with estate agents and mortgage brokers, predominantly across Essex. She enjoys meeting new people, developing lasting professional connections, and working collaboratively with the wider Cunningtons team to support clients throughout their property journey. She also enjoys contributing to the firm’s marketing activity, including supporting social media initiatives.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their sausage dog, Richmond, often on scenic walks that usually end at the pub. She also likes travelling and socialising with friends.
